Morningstar Marinas, LLC—a coastal marina operator—seeks an entry-level team member for our Southport location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help manage marina operations, and support boating guests with a friendly, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager and Marina Manager.
• Maintain a clean and secure environment for safety of employees and customers.
• Provide premium customer service aligned with marina goals.
• Interact with visiting transient boaters and manage marina dock flow.
• Be an expert sales and boating advocate for the marina.
• Drive efficiencies and implement operational improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Report to the General Manager and Marina Manager of the marina.
• Create, and operate in, a clean and secure environment that ensures the absolute safety of our employees and customers alike.
• Recognize the value of premium customer service and execute practices that are beneficial to both the customer and the needs and goals of the marina.
• Have a firm grasp on our marina business - from interacting and handling our visiting transient boaters, to managing the flow of the docks, and everything in between.
• Become an expert sales and boating advocate for the best marina in the southeastern US.
• Drive efficiencies, implement operational improvements, and constantly strive for customer satisfaction
