Job summary

Hinckley Yachts seeks a General Manager to oversee our premier marina and service yard. You will lead a team, manage facilities, and drive financial performance while upholding our world-class standards and heritage.

Reporting across departments, you will steer daily operations, supervise inventory and safety compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships with agencies, contractors, vendors, members, and guests in a demanding waterfront environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience, including directing staff and budgeting.
• Experience overseeing operations and service yards in a marina or similar setting.
• Familiarity with financial statements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: set budgets, monitor performance, and protect assets.
• Property & Operations: supervise facilities, docks, grounds, and inventory control.
• Leadership & Collaboration: coordinate across departments to meet project goals within budget.
• Customer Relations: maintain professional relationships with agencies, contractors, vendors, members, and guests.
