F3 Marina is seeking a General Manager to lead the New Bern Grand Marina. The role oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives capital improvement projects while building key relationships with customers, vendors, and ownership.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to deliver strategic objectives for a growing marina portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the staff to ensure safe, smooth wet slip docking, fueling, maintenance and housekeeping.
• Oversee grounds, equipment and building maintenance to ensure the property is in excellent condition and exceed our customers’ expectations. Ensure an adequate inventory of all supplies needed to maintain the standards of the property.
• Oversee winterization of docks, fuel dock, pool area and buildings.
• Assist in hiring, evaluating employee performance, motivating, and coaching employees, and addressing customer or tenant concerns.
• Partner closely with the Marina Leadership team to deliver budgets, objectives, and overall progress of the Marina.
