Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Recreation General Manager in Florida to lead daily marina operations and a management team while driving customer service excellence. You will oversee special events, equipment rentals, retail, and safety protocols, ensuring financial and brand goals are met.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience, boating/marine background, and CPR/First Aid certification. Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills and effective stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience, boating/marine background a plus.
• Ability to swim and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop daily operations, forecast sales and labor, and manage budgets.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct unit management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash controls; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facilities and oversee maintenance, risk management, and cleanliness.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
• Ensure docks/grounds upkeep and equipment scheduling and maintenance.
