Lake Chabot Hospitality LLC is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead the operation of our vibrant marina in the Oakland Hills. The role requires a hospitality leader who thrives in high-energy guest environments and can turn great operations into memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or marina operations.
• Experience with F&B or retail management is highly desirable.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
• Degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marina, boat rental, F&B and retail operations with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Elevate the guest experience by upholding exceptional service standards across all areas.
• Recruit, train, and mentor seasonal and full-time team members in partnership with HR.
• Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
• Foster relationships with vendors, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
