Qualifications

• Ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills in a luxury environment.
• Understanding marina operations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Sets the highest level of customer/guest services and expedites requests from vessels.
• Schedules and manages dockhands for marina duties including securing boats, fuel, pump outs, utilities, and waste disposal.
• Performs daily dock inspections and coordinates maintenance to maintain safety and cleanliness.
