Brunswick, via Freedom Boat Club, is seeking a friendly dockside team member to greet members, assist with check-in/out, and perform boat and dock duties. The role is part-time and requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability, working outdoors by the water.

Responsibilities include vessel checks, reservations clerical work, and basic guidance on local waters. Must have a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and comfort with handheld tablets. Pay is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Background checks and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Comfort using handheld tablets for reservations/check-in/out.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to ensure vessels and equipment are functional.
• Clean and maintain vessels and Club location according to company standards.
• Complete daily clerical work for reservations, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Familiarize yourself with local waters to provide basic guidance to members.
• Speak clearly and professionally with others.
• Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
• Work outside in the elements and stand for extended periods.
