Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, including Freedom Boat Club, seeks energetic dock operations staff to greet members, manage check-in/out, and assist guests on and around the boats. You will perform vessel checks, maintain equipment and marina areas, and provide friendly, professional service on a full-time schedule including weekends and holidays.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors near the water in Florida.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Adhere to all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to ensure functionality and on-board readiness.
• Clean and maintain vessels and Club location according to standards.
• Daily clerical tasks for reservation system, fuel logs, and weather reports.
