Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in marina environment.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Positive, cooperative attitude; able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to ensure functionality on board.
• Clean and maintain vessels and Club location per standards.
• Daily clerical tasks for reservations, fuel logs, and weather.
• Familiarize yourself with local waters to provide basic guidance.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
