Job summary

Brunswick and Freedom Boat Club seek friendly dock associates to greet members and manage check-ins/out on the docks. You will assist guests, perform equipment checks, and maintain vessels while delivering high-quality service near the water.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a calm, team-driven attitude. This is a part-time, on-site role requiring weekday/weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm during peak activity.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Maintain vessels and marina areas to company standards.
• Perform daily clerical tasks for reservations, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Provide basic guidance about local waters to members.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance and conduct.
