Job summary

Concentric is seeking an Associate Property and Facilities Manager to oversee private residential properties in Marin County, including Stinson Beach, Bolinas, and Nicasio. This on-site role requires residency in the Marin area to ensure timely, hands-on service across all locations.

You will handle property systems oversight, repairs, vendor coordination, and vehicle upkeep for estate properties, with strict discretion befitting a UHNW household.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of property management, facilities, or related maintenance experience.
• This position requires up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day upkeep of residential properties across multiple sites.
• Hands-on technical skills with building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on repairs; flag issues.
• Track timelines and vendor communications for renovation projects.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and compliance.
