Jobot is seeking an Investment Operations professional in New York to support Credit and Real Estate strategies within a hands-on collateral team. You will manage daily margin movements for derivatives and repos, maintain collateral systems, and ensure accurate processing with internal controls.

The role emphasizes process improvements through automation and AI tools, with hybrid work including Fridays from home.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a strong GPA required.
• Minimum 2 years of investment operations experience, collateral-focused.
• Strong Excel skills: lookups, pivot tables, macros.
• Experience with SQL or VBA.
• Experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Intermediate experience in Power BI, Alteryx, or Python.
• Knowledge of collateral management systems and Geneva (GL) a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily margin movements for derivatives, repos, and prime brokerage accounts.
• Maintain collateral management systems and reference data.
• Reconcile cash collateral and investigate breaks.
• Automate processes using AI and workflow tools.
• Collaborate with counterparty, prime broker, and fund admin contacts.
