Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, operations, agency, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage team calendars and campaign calendars.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, launches, publications, and announcements.
• Maintain shared files, templates, and documentation for easy access.
• Prepare materials for leadership updates and team meetings.
• Track decisions and follow-ups to ensure accountability.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce admin work.
• Be the team’s source of truth for timelines and deliverables.
