Experience in instrument pedagogy, rehearsal planning and implementation.
Experience teaching high school-aged students.
Experience teaching small group and one on one instruction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Instrumental director(s) to align with program goals.
Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to enhance technical proficiency.
Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to enhance musical expression.
Foster student creativity, discipline, and teamwork in a culturally responsive and inclusive environment.
Show conception & design: brainstorm themes, select music, and work with drill designers.
Coordinate and plan the overall production schedule, deadlines for drill, music, and props.
Oversee alignment of music with drill and color guard choreography.
Serve as central point for instructional staff and ensure consistent approaches.
Develop rehearsal calendars, plan competitions, and manage the budget.
