Throughout the fall season, the Program Coordinator will work alongside a credentialed teacher at District High Schools, supporting the school's beginning, intermediate, and advanced instrumental music and marching band students students. This "marching band specific" role includes preparation and instruction to work towards mastery, contributing to high-quality music and movement education for a diverse student body and A marching band program coordinator ensures all visual and musical elements combine into a cohesive, high-quality show, acting as a liaison between designers (drill, music, guard) and the band director. They oversee the creative vision, set production schedules, and ensure show themes are appropriate for the performers' skill levels. May be assigned to multiple sections and/or multiple sites.Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in instrument specific pedagogy, rehearsal planning and implementation.
• Experience teaching high school-aged students.
• Experience teaching small group and one on one instruction.
