You will establish and grow the program, recruit and promote it, coordinate with Campus Activities for facility use, and engage with high schools and the community to build relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in Music Education/Performing or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional marching band experience.
• Ability to recruit and manage program growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the marching band program.
• Recruit, direct, promote and maintain all aspects of the program.
• Coordinate with the Director of Campus Activities for use of athletic facilities for practice.
• Community outreach to foster relationships and recruit from area high schools.
