Marcel is seeking an enthusiastic Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team!
A Marcel Pastry Cook is responsible for executing the Executive Pastry Chef’s pastry, dessert, and bread recipes to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency. He/she must demonstrate a basic knowledge of recipe unit conversions and garde manger skills. He/she must take direction well and communicate effectively with team members, while managing their assigned station and maintaining a neat, clean, and organized back-of-house space. The ideal candidate must exercise quick problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
Competitive pay - $16 to $24/hr. - based on experience and ability.
