LILT is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to design and review Marathi healthcare scenarios for an AI benchmarking project in the Indian region. You will craft realistic patient care workflows, hospital operations, and administrative contexts to test AI understanding in high-stakes settings.

As an independent contractor, you will develop evaluation rubrics, score AI and human responses for accuracy and safety, and contribute to gold-standard answers while ensuring cultural and regulatory

Qualifications

• Native Marathi with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance.
• Background in roles: RN, NP, Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards.

Responsabilités

• Design Marathi healthcare and social scenarios reflecting Indian clinical and administrative settings.
• Develop evaluation rubrics for clinical reasoning, admin accuracy, and patient safety.
• Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness and feasibility.
• Contribute to gold standard answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery.
• Ensure cultural and regulatory alignment in Indian healthcare environments.
