Job summary

ROCKWOOL is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Byhalia, MS Warehouse Team. You will load and unload ROCKWOOL products from pallets and trucks, use forklifts, pallet jacks, or clamps, and ensure accurate labeling and safe handling.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or pallet jack.
• Experience in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ROCKWOOL products from pallets, skids, platforms, trucks or other transport sources with careful handling and accurate labeling.
• Implement inventory controls including physical counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed and support process improvements.
• Work as part of a fast-paced team to meet production plans and customer orders.
