Job summary

MedLink Georgia is seeking a dedicated Medication Assisted Recovery Coordinator to support MAR patients in Commerce, GA. The role involves coordinating care, enrolling patients, and guiding them through initiation, stabilization, and maintenance within the MAR program.

You will work with providers, court counselors, and community resources, ensuring education and counseling is delivered and documented, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Reads, speaks, understands and writes proficiently in English.
• Experience with patients with substance use disorder or mental health diagnosis.
• MS Office proficiency.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MAR care and support clinicians in implementing treatment plans.
• Enroll patients into MAR program and schedule initial assessments.
• Facilitate education, counseling, and referrals to community resources.
• Maintain documentation and communication among MAR providers, counselors, and care teams.
• Coordinate medication-related aspects and authorizations; assist with program referrals.
