CDL USA is seeking a Store Manager in Bristol, Vermont to oversee daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, manage orders and inventory, and supervise front-line staff. This full-time on-site role reports to the Regional Manager and includes a mix of customer-facing duties, cash handling, and stock management.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers, guide them through the store, and answer inquiries.
• Contact customers with order updates, production dates, pickup, and deliveries.
• Process transactions: orders, invoices, and credit notes; manage receipts and records.
• Receive and manage customer orders from sales reps and dealers; resolve customer concerns.
• Stock shelves, verify deliveries, unload trucks, stockroom organization, and inventory movements.
• Prepare and package customer orders for pickup or delivery; assist loading merchandise.
