Victory Human Services in Boston, MA seeks a MAP Nurse (RN or LPN) to oversee medical care in DDS residential programs, ensuring compliance with DDS, MassHealth and MAP standards while promoting health, safety, independence and quality of life.

You will collaborate with guardians, families, PCPs, specialists and residential staff to coordinate care, provide MAP training, maintain documentation and respond to health changes.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• BSN preferred for nurses.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with developmental disabilities or residential/human services.
• Knowledge of DDS, MassHealth, MAP standards and DPH regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• MAP certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and DDS policies.
• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Complete monthly nursing summaries and maintain medical records.
• Monitor health status and document changes promptly.
• Coordinate medical appointments and communicate updates with guardians and PCPs.
• Provide training to residential staff on medical care, MAP, infection control, and emergencies.
• Maintain MAP licenses and ensure staff competency; assist with MAP-related inspections.
• Stay current with best practices in developmental disabilities and trauma-informed care.
