This position provides oversight in: Healthcare quality assurance while maintaining a non-case-carrying role.The position offers a consistent work schedule with regular shifts and no weekend responsibilities, supporting a healthy work-life balance.This role serves as a key resource for staff, families, and individuals supported by the organization and is responsible for:Coordinating Medication Administration Program (MAP) training and complianceManaging MOR documentationEnsuring regulatory adherence according to DDS and DPH standardsThe position drives continuous quality improvement by auditing nursing practices, supporting staff development, and ensuring medical policies align with best practices and state/federal requirements.
