Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks a Part-Time MAP Registered Nurse to join our team and provide essential nursing care for children and adolescents in our residential and office settings in Springfield and Easthampton, MA.

The MAP RN will complete health assessments, manage medication ordering and monitoring, train staff on MAP procedures, and handle on-call nursing support, contributing to a trauma-informed, collaborative care approach.

Qualifications

• MA RN license required.
• Minimum two years in residential or psychiatric care.
• MAP RN and MAP Nurse Monitor certification required.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and youth development.
• CORI/DCF/Driving checks required.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine health assessments for youth.
• Oversee med ordering and check-in in residential programs.
• Ensure MAP procedures and regulations compliance; train residential staff.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Handle nursing on-call and field nursing calls.
