Job summary

Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is hiring a Utility Worker for 1st shift (6:45am - 3:00pm) at our Cleveland, OH site. You will help operate production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and manage materials to keep lines running efficiently.

You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role requires a high school diploma and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various machines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Manage material inventory for production processes.
• Support troubleshooting and timely resolution of mechanical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to meet safety standards.
• Follow SOPs to ensure high-quality output.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety regulations.
