Job summary

Pretium Packaging, a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions, is seeking aUtility Worker for the 11:00 pm–7:00 am shift at our Cleveland facility. You will help ensure the smooth operation of production, assist in equipment setup, and support maintenance to uphold quality output.

We expect a High school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing experience; strong teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to follow SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to safely operate various machines.

Utility Worker

We are hiring for a Utility Worker to join our team. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production processes, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency and quality of our manufacturing outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment as per schedule.
• Manage material inventory, ensuring that all supplies are readily available for production processes.
• Support team members in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to comply with safety standards.
