Job summary

Pretium Packaging in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Utility Worker for 1st shift (6:45am–3:00pm). You will help maintain and operate production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

The role requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience; you will perform inspections, manage materials, and support safety and SOPs. This on-site, full-time position offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent must be obtained.
• Experience in manufacturing, plastics preferred.
• Must safely operate machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Manage material inventory for production.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality output.
