Job summary

Factory Advisors is seeking a Project Manager - Manufacturing Operations Consultant to lead client engagements across North America. This role embeds with clients to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and workforce enablement within industrial settings.

The candidate will guide case delivery, manage budgets and resources, and partner with senior teams to deliver measurable outcomes. A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of diverse management experience in manufacturing/engineering or related fields.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and resources.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Leadership of high-performance senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing project oversight and leadership.
• Monitor budget, scope, and resource utilization.
• Create clear reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Define KPIs and ROI to demonstrate outcomes.
• Lead risk management and ensure delivery quality.
• Mentor Sr. Advisors and expand project scope as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day client communications and on-site activity.
• Engage as Sr. Advisor when required.
