Job summary

Factory Advisors seeks an experienced Project Manager – Manufacturing Operations Consultant to lead client engagements on site across North America. You will partner with industrial clients to drive operational transformation, deliver measurable outcomes, and embed with teams to ensure daily execution aligns with strategic goals.

You bring 10–20 years of management experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, strong coaching skills, and a track record of leading senior teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 10–20 years of diverse managerial experience in manufacturing/operations
• Experience managing projects with controls, budget, and resource planning
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to lead senior teams and deliver results

Responsibilities

• Oversee client projects and lead delivery on site
• Monitor resource utilization against budget and scope
• Prepare concise reports using Microsoft Office tools
• Define KPI framework with clients to measure improvements
• Develop cost–benefit analyses to demonstrate ROI
• Identify risks and propose mitigations to keep projects on track
• Engage Sr. Advisors to ensure alignment with delivery standards
• Proactively seek additional opportunities beyond the current scope
• Maintain day‑to‑day client communications and field presence
