Job summary

VBeyond Corporation in Appleton, WI seeks a seasoned Industrial Engineering leader to drive Lean initiatives across 4–5 plants. You will lead time studies, line balancing, and productivity programs while coordinating with customer, onsite, and offshore teams for measurable improvements.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and experience delivering cost reductions in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

Experience leading Lean transformations in high-volume manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage multi-site teams with onsite and offshore elements.
Strong data analytics and KPI tracking capabilities.
Excellent communication and change-management skills.
Knowledge of Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and TQM principles.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage onsite Industrial Engineering teams across 4–5 facilities.
Drive time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and productivity initiatives.
Oversee project governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
Identify cost reductions and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with customer leadership, engineering, and sales to expand engagement.
Develop SOPs and standardized work methods; ensure execution excellence.
Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams for delivery.
