Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, industrial operations, or technical manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, operator workflows, production requirements, and shop-floor operations.
• Experience developing, coordinating, delivering, or supporting employee training programs.
• Experience with on-the-job training, workforce development, skills certification, or operator qualification programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvements to the site's manufacturing training program.
• Coordinate training plans that support safety, quality, productivity, and workforce readiness objectives.
• Identify skill gaps and development opportunities with supervisors, leads, and operational leaders.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and new hire training processes.
