Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Food Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience highly desirable.
• Strong communication and documentation review skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions across shift teams.
• Develop and update training materials with Management support.
• Identify skill gaps and design targeted training plans.
• Track training completion, assessments and KPI progress.
• Support SOPs, SSOPs and OPLs alignment with training.
