Job summary

Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturer, seeks a Training Supervisor in Franklin, KY to lead production training and ensure safety and efficiency. Direct hire with competitive benefits and a robust compensation package.

The role oversees onboarding, ongoing training, and refresher programs, coordinating with department leaders to align with operational goals. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in manufacturing training or supervision are required, with preferred Lean/Six Sigma

• Bachelor’s degree in education, industrial management, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing training or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, LMS platforms, and training documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification; familiarity with OSHA training requirements.

This is a direct hire role, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit, vacation, and compensation package.

Details:

• 1 st shift role! 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 annually plus bonus
