Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Training Coordinator to provide and coordinate training on production lines across multiple equipment sets in Redmond, WA. The role requires certifying operators in training procedures, scheduling sessions for different shifts, developing benchmarks to measure training effectiveness, updating course materials, and recording training activities to ensure consistency.

You may also fill in as an Operator on various equipment as needed.

• Perform on-going training needs assessments utilizing a variety of methods to include consultation with management and business performance metrics to identify new training opportunities.


• Comply with internal reporting processes and rules.


• Fill in as needed as Operator on various equipment, as needed.

Preferred Work Experience

• Machine Operator II or Warehouse Operator II

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$21.25 - $30.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
