Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Redmond, OR is seeking a Training Coordinator to provide and coordinate training on production lines across multiple lines of equipment.

Responsibilities include certifying operators, scheduling sessions, updating course materials, recording training, and performing needs assessments to identify opportunities. On occasion, you may fill in as an Operator on equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a production or training assistant preferred.
• Ability to certify operators in training procedures.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

• Fill in as needed as Operator on various equipment, as needed.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $21.25 - $30.75 Hourly
