Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Training Specialist to provide and coordinate training on production lines across multiple machines in our facilities in the United States.

The role includes delivering general and specialized training, certifying operators, scheduling sessions, developing benchmarks, updating course materials, recording training, and assessing training needs to drive continuous improvement in our operations.

Perform on-going training needs assessments utilizing a variety of methods to include consultation with management and business performance metrics to identify new training opportunities. Comply with internal reporting processes and rules. Fill in as needed as Operator on various equipment, as needed.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $21.25 - $30.75 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
