Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, expanding workforce development to accelerate training for technicians across stations in manufacturing. You will own training performance, translate new processes into on-the-job learning, and drive velocity and quality to ensure a self-sufficient team.

You will master procedures, collaborate with technicians and trainers, and monitor time-to-readiness and adherence to standards, aiming for flawless adoption and audit-ready

Qualifications

• 1+ years in training, instructing, or teaching roles focusing on entry-level contributors.
• 2+ years in production/inspection environments.
• Ability to train from entry to mid level.
• Aptitude for rapid learning and reteaching.
• Ability to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead all training activities for assigned area and act as technical expert.
• Work with technicians to understand process nuances and improvements.
• Master processes and convert methods into teachable steps.
• Train technicians and trainers for consistent execution across shifts.
• Adapt coaching to individual learning styles and support trainees.
• Mentor technician-trainers to promote best practices in training delivery.
• Own evaluation processes, including quizzes and progress reporting.
• Create and refine evaluation criteria covering hard and soft skills.
• Collaborate with process designers to define tasks using if/then logic.
• Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready training content.
• Ensure returning technicians align with latest standards.
• Support training audits to ensure 100% procedural compliance.
• Blend on-the-job and off-the-job training formats.
• Coordinate with Learning System Engineers on continuous improvement roadmaps.
