Job summary

Gotion Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs for its U.S. new energy manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL.

You will administer LMS, coordinate onboarding, and build role-based training paths for operators, engineers, and expatriate staff while aligning with OSHA, EPA and safety standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Education, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of training or L&D in manufacturing; new energy, automotive or battery industry preferred.
• Hands-on LMS experience with systems like Workday, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Docebo.
• Strong instructional design ability; convert SOPs and specs into training content.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for groups 5–50 on the floor.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred to support HQ and expatriate integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, OJT, and upskilling programs for hourly and salaried staff across multiple functions.
• Create role-based learning paths with competency milestones and certifications.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual/hybrid training; manage classroom and shop-floor sessions.
