Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and automated systems at our Manteno, IL facility. You will support safe and reliable plant operations through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience with automated manufacturing equipment in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems including motors, controls, sensors, VFDs.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Maintain robotic cells, conveyors, forklifts, and material handling equipment.
• Read electrical/mechanical diagrams to identify issues and resolve them.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain maintenance records.
