Qualifications

• Proven experience in a training role within a production/manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Preferred: Yellow or Green Belt in Six Sigma.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and motivate others.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing production staff.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and assess the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Maintain training materials and documentation to ensure they are up-to-date.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation.
• Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve training programs.
