Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer in Grafton, ND to provide high-quality training for all employees, including new hires and cross-training for new roles. This role delivers technical and tactical training at the job station and supports employees learning new skills in the department.

You will train on production-line processes, mentor peers, and collaborate with leadership to track progress, using materials from the L&D team. A flexible, hands-on role with tool usage is expected.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the assembly process within the department.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on job processes on the production line.
• Mentor/coach current employees during training plan.
• Provide support and information to operations leadership on employee progress.
• Utilize materials produced by the learning and development team when appropriate.
• Identify and assess training needs of operations staff by conferring with leadership.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer.
• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble product.
• Work in production roles when there isn’t a need for training.
• Other job duties as assigned.
