Job summary

ATTC Manufacturing in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Training Generalist to support employee training and development while assisting with Environmental, Health, and Safety programs. The role involves coordinating onboarding, delivering sessions, and maintaining compliance records on the factory floor.

You will work with leaders and teams to identify needs, develop materials, and promote safety practices in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in training, coaching, teaching, onboarding, or employee development.
Experience with safety, compliance, or EHS programs.

Responsibilities

Identify training needs across the organization with supervisors and managers.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Deliver training sessions on policies, procedures, safety requirements, and processes.
Develop and update training materials and resources.
Maintain training records and track progress.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
Coordinate training activities based on production and operational needs.
Conduct floor audits to ensure safety and environmental standards compliance.
Assist with environmental audits and maintaining EHS records.
