ATTC Manufacturing seeks a Training Generalist to support employee training and development while assisting with Environmental, Health, and Safety programs. The role emphasizes working with leaders to identify training needs, coordinate programs, and maintain compliance records in a manufacturing setting.

The position suits someone who enjoys facilitating training, creating engaging learning experiences, and promoting workplace safety across shifts and teams.

Job Summary

ATTC Manufacturing is seeking an organized, energetic, and people-focused Training Generalist to support employee training and development initiatives while assisting with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, facilitating training, creating engaging learning experiences, and supporting a manufacturing environment. The Training Generalist will work closely with leaders and team members to identify training needs, coordinate development programs, maintain compliance records, and promote workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Experience in training, coaching, teaching, onboarding, or employee development.
• Experience with safety, compliance, or EHS programs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly walk and work throughout a manufacturing facility.
• Comfortable spending time on the production floor interacting with employees.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Periodically travel to other ATTC locations.
