Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years' molding operator experience.
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel to develop training programs.
• Good communication skills.
• High level of knowledge of the plastic manufacturing process.
• Back up lead or lead experience preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts/days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment/Always puts safety first
• Develop and maintain structured training
• Oversee training of current and new employees in various roles
• Evaluate current training programs for improvements
• Track training effectiveness
• Conduct annual continuous improvement training
• Generate and track all training material as needed
• Work with supervisors to develop programs for their shift's specific needs
• Identify and coordinate 3rd party training
• Audit training records for compliance
