Qualifications

• At least 5 years of molding operator experience.

• Good communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the plastic manufacturing process.
• Lead or backup lead experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts/days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment; safety first.
• Develop and maintain structured training.
• Oversee training of current and new employees in various roles.
• Evaluate current training programs for improvements.
• Track training effectiveness.
• Conduct annual continuous improvement training.
• Generate and track all training material as needed.
• Work with supervisors to develop programs for their shift's specific needs.
• Identify and coordinate 3rd party training.
• Audit training records for compliance.
