Job summary

Silgan Specialty Packaging in Triadelphia, West Virginia is seeking a dedicated trainer for the molding operation to develop and maintain structured training aimed at ensuring safety and quality across shifts.

You will evaluate programs, track effectiveness, and coach supervisors to address shift-specific needs, coordinating third-party training and maintaining records for compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of molding operator experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel to develop training programs.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the plastic manufacturing process.
• Lead or backup lead experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts/days.

EDUCATION:

Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent

Skills:
