Job summary

JBL Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Training & Onboarding Specialist to scale our New Hire Orientation and OJT programs in Irvine, CA. You will plan sessions, coordinate SMEs, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Training & Development and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with LMS proficiency and a strong compliance mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years in a regulated manufacturing or quality environment.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training, or OJT programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with LMS and training documentation processes is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or other regulatory training standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the New Hire Orientation program.
• Coordinate presenters, materials, and logistics for onboarding.
• Maintain program structure, content flow, and learner engagement.
• Track attendance, feedback, and program effectiveness metrics; implement improvements.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and meetings; create/update training presentations.
• Support documentation and traceability of OJT training records in alignment with QMS requirements.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, HR, and Engineering to align onboarding and training needs.
• Attend tiered meetings and participate in CI initiatives as needed.
