Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a Training Facilitator to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training for new hires and existing manufacturing staff. The role focuses on safety, equipment operation, and SOP adherence in a busy production environment.

Onsite at Pooler, GA, the position requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple training streams while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must speak both English and Spanish fluently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Collaborative approach to resolving issues across groups.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project).

Responsibilities

• Run and coordinate New Hire Orientation efforts.
• Facilitate New Hire Training for manufacturing employees.
• Facilitate forklift training for new and existing employees.
• Facilitate JCB equipment training for new and existing employees.
• Conduct follow-ups in first three weeks of employment.
• Conduct SOP/training audits to identify opportunities.
• Deliver annual safety topics as needed.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance.
