Job summary

ERock, a leader in distributed energy, seeks a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to design, coordinate, and maintain onboarding and qualification programs for production technicians at the Cypress site in Texas.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing leadership, the Director of Training, and the Instructional Designer to translate complex technical concepts into scalable training materials, maintain digital records, and ensure programs comply with ERock Talent Development standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a related field.
• Ability to develop or coordinate onboarding, training, or qualification programs.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation.
• Translate technical information into clear, practical learning solutions.
• Experience creating training materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain onboarding, training, and qualification programs for production technicians.
• Conduct training needs analyses and support competency models and curricula.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance expectations.
• Work with Instructional Designer and Technical Writer on content and materials.
• Coordinate review, approval, and revision of training materials for accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding, training assignments, and qualification activities across shifts.
• Maintain training records, track progress, and provide status updates.
• Support train-the-trainer activities and consistency of methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Monitor changes in roles or processes to align training with business needs.
