Job summary

ERock is seeking a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to design and sustain onboarding and qualification programs for production technicians at our Cypress, TX facility. This site-based role partners with Manufacturing leadership to translate technical knowledge into scalable learning experiences.

You will collaborate with the Instructional Designer and Technical Writer to develop content, assessments, job aids, and maintain training records while monitoring program effectiveness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a comparable field.
• Ability to develop or coordinate structured onboarding, training, or qualification programs.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, objectives, and evaluation.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, organized learning solutions.
• Experience developing training materials, assessments, and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain onboarding, training, and qualification programs for production technicians.
• Conduct training needs analyses and create curricula, qualification cards, and assessments.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify performance expectations and training needs.
• Coordinate creation of training content, job aids, and evaluation materials.
• Manage review, approval, and revision of training materials and records.
